Shipping Policy

At Love Esa , we provide world class shipping to all our customers that includes assessment, fast & on-time delivery, top quality packaging and timely communication at each stage of shipping.

We ship most “in stock” jewellery product within 48-72 business hours without any additional shipping/handling charges. If you order any product which is not available, it will be noted on your sales ticket included with your order. Your credit card will not be charged until the item(s) are shipped. Once we get the stock we will deliver your jewellery products as soon as possible.

And of course, any questions along the way just contact our customer support and we will resolve your problem right there. We have partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners to assure that you receive your order on time and safely with full courtesy and attention.

Once we get your order, we take care of it right away so you can get your jewellery ASAP! All Love Esa’s product are processed within two to three business days, and then shipped to you immediately, according to your preferred method of shipping.

Before we ship your order, we just need to get your credit approved. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed. But there is no need to get worried; your credit card will not be charged until the order has been shipped.

Of course rings and customized jewelry may require additional processing time due to sizing (forexample rings, Bracelets etc) and other personalization requirements. We just want to make sure we get your order perfect.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can’t be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the chosen shipping address. For security reasons, we ship to street addresses only, not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. You’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

Of course, you want to know when your jewellery product is going to deliver at your doorstep.That’s why we send out an email notification the day your order is shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. This gives you the capability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient’s doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox’s security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be received as SPAM. Check your ‘SPAM’ or ‘Junk’ mail inbox periodically. Also, be sure to add to your e-mail Address Book to ensure that our emails make it into your inbox.
